Fundraising is one of the essential processes in supporting the continuity of activities conducted by social and non-profit organizations. However, fundraising practices still face several challenges, such as limited reach, lack of transparency, and unintegrated management systems. To address these issues, a web-based information system was designed and implemented to serve as a crowdfunding platform, with a focus on the development of the user module.

The system was developed using the Agile method with an iterative approach. The technologies used include Vue.js for the frontend, NestJS for the backend, integration with Xendit payment gateway for online donation transactions, and PostgreSQL as the database. The user module includes features such as registration, login, donation program exploration, donation processing, donation history tracking, and access to news articles.

The result of this study is a web-based information system that supports online fundraising activities with core features such as user registration, donation campaign browsing, donation execution, contribution history, and access to related news. The system has been tested for both functionality and performance, and the results show that all core features operate according to user requirements. The interface is integrated with a payment gateway to support the execution of online fundraising processes.
