The writing of this report presents an overview of the KMM program held at Pruf Ritz Communication Hub, Surabaya, with a span of three months starting from January 27, 2025 till April 18, 2025, which was conducted online. This KMM program is divided into two important parts, there are the main activities and additional activities. The main activities in this student internship process are centered on legal document translation projects, especially for Power of Attorney documents from PT Tjk. I linked the translation process from Nida and Taber, that involved into three stages: analyzing, transferring, and restructuring. When analyzing data, the intern found terms that were quite difficult and challenging so these terms needed to be examined in order to understand their context and grammatical structure. transferring stage involved searching for accurate equivalents in the target language using reputable dictionaries and professional resources. And in the restructuring section, the intern is required to ensure that the translation has met the requirements of accuracy, readability, and conformity to legal standards. Then, in the main activity section, there are definition power of attorney, there are also translation techniques from Molina and Albir (2002, p. 510), namely, literal translation and established equivalence, these two techniques are chosen for the translation process. Preserve the legal meaning, structure, and acceptability of the documents in both source and target languages. Additional activities that followed were, group translation projects, and regular evaluation meetings with linguists every week. These tasks provided broader exposure to teamwork, project management, and profesesesional communication. Overall, the internship facilitated the development of both hard and soft skills, deepened understanding of legal translation, and enhanced professional readiness for the translation industry.
