×The Public Information and Documentation Agency (PPID) of Surakarta City plays an important role in providing public access to information in accordance with the principles of information transparency. However, the previous service system was not fully capable of supporting this task. Several issues were identified, such as an unintuitive user interface, non-functional menus, and the absence of key features like request tracking and objection submission. These problems highlight the need for a more structured and functional PPID service information system.This final project uses the Waterfall model as the development method. The stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the Laravel framework for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend, with MySQL as the database. Development was carried out by considering user needs and public information service regulations, and includes features such as submitting public information requests, submitting objections, tracking requests without login, and managing public information by OPD administrators and the Superadmin of Diskominfo.The result of this final project is a web-based PPID information service system with features that meet user needs and provide more complete support for public information services compared to the previous system. The system is designed to assist PPID Surakarta in delivering information services in line with current public service standards.
