ABSTRACTRafa Inas Radiani, 2025. Translating Document of Deed of Company Establishment at Pruf Ritz Communication Hub. English Diploma Program, Vocational School, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.This internship report explains the activities and translation work I did at Pruf Ritz Communication Hub from January 27th until April 19th, 2025. My primary activities were translating various types of legal documents, such as report of board of commissioners, deed of company establishment, true extract, and letter of reference. During the translation process, I found several challenges, particularly when adjusting legal formats and translating legal terminology. To solve these issues, I applied the translation stages by Nida & Taber (1982), there are analysis, transferring, and restructuring, as well as using translation strategies by Molina and Albir (2002), such as established equivalent and calque. To complete translation projects, I use websites and applications, such as proz.com, KBBI, google docs, google spreadsheet. To support my internship work that was conducted remotely, I also used applications, such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Gmail. Besides the primary activities, I also took part in the Pruf Ritz’s annual events Through many activities I conducted during my internship, I gained many soft skills, such as communication skills, learned to collaborate and was able to express ideas and opinions, as well as able to adapt to the working environment of WFH. Keywords: internship report, deed of company establishment, legal document, translation stages, translation strategies
