× ABSTRAK Lisa Fitria. S 540908016. Hubungan Penguasaan Teori Ketrampilan Dasar Praktik Klinik dan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa. Tesis: Program Studi Pendidikan Profesi Kesehatan Pascasarjana Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya : 1) hubungan antara penguasaan teori keterampilan dasar praktik klinik dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 2) hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 3) hubungan antara penguasaan teori keterampilan praktik klinik dan motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi sumber dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan kota Surakarta, sedangkan populasi sasaran adalah mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan Citra Medika Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik Tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda, Angket, dan Dokumentasi. Validitas tes penguasaan teori Keterampilan Dasar Praktik Klinik (KDPK) menggunakan validitas konstruk atau validasi konseptual. Sementara itu, reliabilitas tes Penguasaan Teori Keterampilan Dasar Praktik Klinik digunakan rumus statistik (KR-20). Untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas butir pernyataan angket motivasi berprestasi digunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Koefisien α Cronbach. Uji normalitas dengan menggunakan Uji Lilliefors; Uji linearitas dan keberartian regresi menggunakan teknik anava. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan interfensial/teknik regresi (sederhana dan ganda). Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pertama, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara penguasaan teori ketrampilan dasar praktik klinik dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal itu terlihat pada perolehan hasil Fh sebesar 258,45 > Ft sebesar 3,99 dengan db pembilang 1 dan db penyebut 64 pada taraf nyata α = 0,05. Kedua, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini terlihat pada perolehan hasil Fh sebesar 146,88 > Ft sebesar 3,99 dengan db pembilang 1 dan db penyebut 64 pada taraf nyata α = 0,05. Ketiga, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara penguasaan teori ketrampilan dasar praktik klinik dan motivasi berprestasi dengan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini terlihat pada perolehan hasil Fh sebesar 4,25 > Ft sebesar 3,99 dengan db pembilang 1 dan db penyebut 64 pada taraf nyata α = 0,05. The Correlation Between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic Competence and the Motivation Performance with Students Performance. Thesis : The Study Program of Medical Profession, the Postgraduate of the University of Sebelas Maret. The objects of the research are for knowing whether or not (1) the correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence with Students Performance; (2) the correlation between the Motivation Performance with Students Performance; (3) the correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence and the Motivation Performance with Students Performance. The method of the research is descriptive method using cross sectional approach. The main population of the research is all of the students of The Midwife academy in Surakarta; the target population is the students of The Midwife Academy of Citra Medika. The process of the research, data is collected using objective test (multiple choices), questionaire, and documentation. The validity test of Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence using construct or conceptual method. The realibility test using KR-20. For knowing the validity of questionaire of motivation performance is using Product Moment correlation formula, whereas the realibility test using α Cronbach coeficient formula. Normality test using Lilliefors test, whereas linearity and regression significance using anava. The data analyze in the research using descriptive and the regression. The result of the research, first, there is significant positive correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence with Students Performance. It’s known in based on Fh result 258,45 > Ft amount of 3,99 with db numerator 1 and db denominator 64 in obvious standard α = 0,05. Second, there is significant positive correlation between the Motivation Performance with Students Performance. It’s known in based on Fh result 146,88 > Ft amount of 3,99 with db numerator 1 and db denominator 64 in obvious standard α = 0,05. Third, there is significant positive correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence and the Motivation Performance with Students Performance. It’s known in based on Fh result 4,25 > Ft amount of 3,99 with db numerator 1 and db denominator 64 in obvious standard α = 0,05. The conclusion of the research are: significant positive correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence with Students Performance, significant positive correlation between the Motivation Performance with Students Performance, and significant positive correlation between Mastering Theory of Clinic Practice Basic-Competence and the Motivation Performance with Students Performance.
