Jurang Jero Natural Tourism Site, located within the Mount Merapi National Park area, offers stunning views of Mount Merapi, diverse flora and fauna, as well as distinctive canyon landscapes and lahar trails. This destination appeals to visitors who enjoy adventure and outdoor activities. This study aims to measure visitor satisfaction using a quantitative method, employing a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire administered to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression at a 5% significance level. Jurang Jero features main attractions such as a camping ground, off-road jeep tours, and downhill trails, along with supporting attractions like glamping, airsoft gun, trail biking, and outbound activities. Visitor responses to these attractions were generally positive, with a satisfaction level of 77.1%. However, the available facilities including gazebos, toilets, food stalls, and places of worship received a satisfaction score of only 56.2%, categorized as moderate. Accessibility was the aspect with the lowest satisfaction rating at 45.7%, also falling into the moderate category. Meanwhile, staff and management services received a satisfaction rating of 74.6%, indicating that this aspect was fairly satisfying to visitors. Overall, the visitor satisfaction level reached 80.3%, showing that the majority of visitors felt satisfied with their experience. Regression analysis showed that the variables of attractions, facilities, accessibility, and services jointly had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.54. This means that these four variables contributed 54% to visitor satisfaction, while the remaining 46% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study
