× bertujuan untuk Mengkaji sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program PHBM, Mengkaji faktor pembentuk sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program PHBM, dan Mengkaji hubungan antara sikap dengan program PHBM di Kabupaten Kebumen BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah.
Metode dasar penelitian menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan teknik Survey. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja di BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah yang ada di Kabupaten Kebumen yang telah membentuk LMDH (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota dan pengurus LMDH yang ada di Kabupaten Kebumen BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor pembentuk sikap dengan sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program PHBM di Kabupaten Kebumen BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah digunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman (Rs).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor pembentuk sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program pengelolaan hutan bersama masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah termasuk dalam median gabungan skor 3 dengan kategori sedang. Sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program pengelolaan hutan bersama masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen BKPH Gombong Utara KPH Kedu Selatan Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Jawa Tengah termasuk dalam median gabungan skor 4 dengan kategori tinggi.
Dari analisis Rs dan uji signifikansi pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% menunjukkan Terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara pengalaman pribadi dengan sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program PHBM, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan serta arah hubungan yang positif antara pengaruh tokoh panutan, pengaruh kebudayaan, pengaruh orang lain yang di anggap penting, media massa, pendidikan formal dan pendidikan non formal dengan sikap masyarakat desa hutan terhadap program PHBM.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to review the attitudes forest village community towards the PHBM program, the evaluation of the factors that make up the social attitude towards the peoples of the PHBM forest programmes and a review of the relationship between the factors that make up the attitude towards the public attitude towards the peoples of the forests in Kebumen PHBM BPKH North Gombong KPH South Kedu Perum Perhutani unit 1 Central Java program.
The basic method of research using quantitative methods with survey techniques. Research a specific location in North Gombong BPKH deliberately KPH South Kedu Perum Perhutani Unit 1, Central Java, which has formed in Kebumen LMDH (Forest Village Community Institution). The population in this study are all members and staff from the existing LMDH in Kebumen BPKH North Gombong KPH South Kedu Perum Perhutani Unit 1, Central Java. Proportional sampling with random sampling. To determine the relationship between the factors that shape attitudes to the attitude of society towards the forest villages in Kebumen PHBM program BPKH North Gombong KPH South Kedu Perum Perhutani Unit 1 Central Java used Spearman's rank correlation test (Rs).
The results showed that the factors that shape public attitudes toward forest villages with community forest management programs in North Gombong KPH Kebumen BPKH South Kedu Perum Perhutani Unit 1, Central Java is included in the combined average score of 3 with the medium category. Forest village community attitudes towards forest management programs with the community in North Gombong KPH Kebumen BPKH South Kedu Perum Perhutani Unit 1, Central Java is included in the combined average score of 4 with a higher category.
From Rs analysis and test of significance at 95% confidence level showed no significant correlation between personal experience with forest villagers' attitudes toward the program PHBM. There is a relationship and positive correlation between the influence of role models, cultural influences, the influence of other people deem important in the mass media, formal and non formal education with public attitudes towards community forest program PHBM.
