×ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan : (1) Pengetahuan pasangan usia subur tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan penundaan kehamilan, (2) Sikap pasangan usia subur tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan penundaan kehamilan, (3) Pengetahuan dan sikap pasangan usia subur tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan penundaan kehamilan di desa Tunggulsari, Kecamatan Kedungwaru Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2010.
Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasinya adalah 140 PUS dengan sampel 104 PUS diambil dengan Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan lembar kuesioner, data hasil penelitian dinyatakan dengan skala interval dan nominal dan dianalisa dengan Regresi Logistic.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan dan sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penundaan kehamilan (Regresi Logistic didapatkan nilai sig = 0.000 < alpha (0,05) , maka Ho ditolak). Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan dan sikap memang menjadi faktor pendahulu (Predisposing factor) bagi terbentuknya perilaku penundaan kehamilan.
Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap pasangan usia subur tentang kesehatan reproduksi terhadap penundaan kehamilan.

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the correlation of the knowledge on reproduction health of the couples of fertile age towards the pregnancy postponement, (2) the correlation of the attitude on reproduction health of the couples of fertile age towards the pregnancy postponement, and (3) the simultaneous correlation of the knowledge and attitude on reproduction health of the couples of fertile age towards the pregnancy postponement in Tunggulsari village, Kedungwaru Sub-district, Tulungagung Regency in 2010.
This research used an analytic correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach. Its population was 140 couples of fertile age. The samples of the research consisted of 104 and were taken by using a proportional cluster sampling technique. Its data were gathered through questionnaire. The data were conveyed in interval and nominal scales. They were then analyzed by using a logistic regression.
The results of the analysis show that the knowledge and attitude on reproduction health of the couples of fertile age have a significant correlation with the pregnancy postponement. Based on the logistic regression test, the value of sig. = 0.000 is smaller than alpha (0.05). Therefore, Ho is rejected. This has to do with the fact that the knowledge and attitude admittedly become the predisposing factors for the formation of behavior towards the pregnancy postponement.
Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that there is a correlation of the knowledge and attitude on reproduction health of the couples of fertile age towards the pregnancy postponement.
