× ABSTRAKSI Lulusan sarjana yang semakin meningkat dan lapangan kerja yang terbatas menyebabkan timbulnya pengangguran. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah dengan berwirausaha. Kewirausahaan banyak ditekankan pada generasi muda, karena orang muda memiliki segudang ide yang terus berkembang dan mencari suatu yang berbeda dengan yang lain. Oleh karena itu perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha melalui pandangan teory perilaku Ajzen. Intensi Berwirausaha adalah kepedulian atau ketertarikan seseorang terhadap hal-hal kewirausahaan. Jika telah diketahui faktor mana yang berpengaruh pada intensi berwirausaha maka seseorang dapat termotivasi untuk menjadi wirausahawan melalui faktor-faktor tersebut. TPB Ajzen adalah teori yang menjelaskan perilaku manusia, yang mengandung tiga hal yaitu pertimbangan, kehendak, dan perilaku. pertimbagan terdiri dari 3 dimensi, yakni attitude toward behaviour, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control. Dari ketiga dimensi tersebut dapat diketahui dimensi mana yang berpengaruh pada faktor-faktor yang mendorong minat wirausaha. Penelitian ini melakukan analisisis tentang pengaruh faktor pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, keluarga, attitude toward, subjective norm, perceived behaviour control. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjawab pertanyaan yaitu apakah variabel pendidikan memiliki pengaruh pada attutude toward, subjective norm, dan , perceived behaviour control, apakah variabel pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh attutude toward, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control, apakah faktor keluarga memiliki pengaruh attutude toward, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control, dan apakah variabel anteseden attitude toward, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control memiliki pengaruh pada minat berwirausaha.. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi sejumlah 79 mahasiswa hibah pengajaran kelas kewirausahaan (A dan B) S 1 FE Reguler Universitas Sebelas Maret. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung kepada responden. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan analisis jalur melalui progam SPSS For Windows 11,5. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara varaibel faktor pendidikan pada variabel anteseden attutude toward, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control, dan faktor keluarga positif dan signifikan pada subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control. Sedangkan variabel pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada attutude toward, subjective norm, dan perceived behaviour control. Dan sebagian variabel anteseden tidak signifikan pada minat berwirausaha. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa FE UNS sebagian besar memiliki latar belakang kewirausahaan dan minat berwirausaha cukup baik. Namun mereka tidak mempunyai pengalaman berwirausaha, sehingga mahasiswa masih kurang percaya diri dalam menghadapi resiko berwirausaha. itu lemahnya dorongan keluarga dalam memotivasi, karena pertimbagan usia dan pendidikan yang dianggap masih belum cukup dalam menjalankan suatu usaha baru. Oleh karena itu FE UNS perlu menerapkan pelatihan dan esensi kewirausahaan secara langsung kepada mahasiwa, unsur-unsur kreativitas, inovasi dan tidak takut pada resiko secara terus-menerus diberikan pada setiap kesempatan dalam mengajar. Dengan demikian setiap mahasiswa akan terbentuk mentalitas menjadi seorang wirausahawan selain itu bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa agar lebih banyak mendapatkan ide dan pengalaman berwirausaha. Penelitian ini mempunyai hasil yang berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Maka dapat membuka kesempatan bagi peneliti selanjutanya untuk menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan mengganti lokasi penleitian. ABSTRACT Graduates who are increasing and limited employment causes unemployment. One solution to solve the problem is with entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship much emphasis on the younger generation, because young people have a myriad of ideas that continue to grow and look for something different to the other. Therefore it is necessary to determine the factors that affect entrepreneurship through the views teory intention Ajzen behavior. Intention of entrepreneurship is one of the things entrepreneurial. If you already know the factors which affect the intention of entrepreneurship then someone may be motivated to become entrepreneurs through these factors. Ajzen TPB is a theory that explains human behavior, which contains three things: consideration, will, and behavior. pertimbagan consists of three dimensions namely, attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. Of the three dimensions can be known dimensions which impact on the factors that encourage entrepreneurial interests. This research was done on the influence of factors analisisis education, work experience, family, attitude toward, subjective norm, perceived behavior control. The purpose of this study was to answer the question as to whether the education variable has an effect on attutude toward, subjective norm, and, perceived behavior control, whether the work experience variables have an influence toward attutude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control, whether family factors have an influence toward attutude , subjective norm, and perceived behavior control, and whether the antecedent variables attitude toward, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control have an influence on interest in entrepreneurship. This research takes a student population of some 79 grants teaching entrepreneurship classes (A and B) S 1 FE Regular Eleven University in March. Methods of data collection was a questionnaire given directly to the respondents. Analysis test tools used in this study is to analyze the path through a program of SPSS For Windows 11.5. The test results showed no effect of positive and significant correlation between educational factor varaibel attutude toward the antecedent variables, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control, and positive and significant family factors on the subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. While the work experience variable did not significantly influence on attutude toward, subjective norm, and the perceived behavior control. And some antecedent variables are not significant in the interest of entrepreneurship. From these results we can conclude that most of the UNS FE students have a background in entrepreneurship and interest in entrepreneurship is good enough. But they do not have the experience of entrepreneurship, so that students still lack confidence in facing the risk of entrepreneurship. the weakness of family encouragement in motivating, because consideration of age and education are considered still not enough in running a new business. Therefore FE UNS need to implement the essence of entrepreneurship training and directly to students, the elements of creativity, innovation and did not fear the risk is continuously given to every opportunity in teaching. Thus, each student will be formed in addition to being an entrepreneur mentality that aims to prepare students Keywords ; Family, work , education, attutude toward, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control, entrepreneurship intention .
