× Abstrak The first purpose of this research is to know the criterion becoming consideration priority in selecting supplier. The second is to know the best supplier at retail company by using the methode Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP). The research is limited by only local supplier for the goods of electronic in Hypermart and criterion considered by price, quality, delivery time, accuracy amount, and customer care Responder in this research is all policy maker of electronic division at Hypermart Solo Grand Mall. Analysis methode used in this research is method of Analytical Hierarchy Process to know the weight of each criterion and alternative. Data is analyzed by using the software of Expert Choice. Based on analyze result, known by that price criterion become the most given high priority criterion by the company, with the value of global priority 0,455. The company is expected for the priority of price criterion in selecting and evaluating supplier. Cosmos become the best supplier, with the value of global priority 0,353. Its implication, company can make purchase order to Cosmos more than others. Limitation from this research is only analysis some criterions, they are price, quality, delivery time, accuracy amount, and customer care. For the next research, expected that there is considered criterion extension. This is because of still many criterion which must be considered by company in selecting supplier. This method is not only used to supplier selection process, but also in other research. Moreover, it canbe used in other dicipline sciences.
