× ABSTRACT The intention of this research is to know the effects of job stressor and work conflict to employee performance. From model who developed in this research obtained hypothesis that job stressor and work conflict influential negativity to employee performance. This research applies survey design, with questionaire as instrument of research. The population of this research is all employee of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Pemerintah Kota Surakarta. Sample taken are 60 employees. Sampling technique applied is simple random sampling. Analytical technique applied in this research is descriptive analytical technique, that is analysis having the character of description from research result that is supported theory, groups and recapitulates from respondent comments covering age, gender and level of last education. Analysis test by using doubled linear regression test, validity test, reliability test, F test, t test, and R square. Testing of hypothesis done by using SPSS 15.0 for Windows program. The result of this research is job stressor and work conflict influential negativity to employee performance, either parsially and also simultan. This result indicates that hypothesis formed before all has proven and supported by this research. Keywords : job stressor, work conflict, employee performance.
