×ABSTRACT
Bioethanol is a kind of ethanol which coming from bio-resources, such as sugarcane, tubers, maize, and rice stalks. It’s raw material consist of carbohydrate material (main organic essence in a plant), glucose (the essential mono sacaride and from simple sugar), and selulose (polimer as part of cell wall). This researt is purpose to produce ethanol from glucose, including in it is sugarcane.
Fermentation is a biochemut process which involve of chemist reaction done by microorganism.
Destilation is a way of separating solution became its componen base on its boil point/differences using het as separating agent. It can be process if there is wheter a component differences or vaporphase and waterphase, that is vaporphase wich contain component that casier tobe evaporate in higher cuantities than water phase.
The aim of producing this macine is to produce ethanol coming from sugar cane drop fermentation with 100 lt/hour capacity.
This process producing 8,33 lt/hour of 30 % content of ethanol the cost of this fully process is Rp.4.900.600,-
