× ABSTRACT The first objective of this study was to to determine the optimum amount of raw materials at PT. Abhirama Krishna. Second is to know the total cost of raw material supply with the third EOQ. The third is to determine the minimum amount of inventory at at PT. Abhirama Krishna in return reservations In this study, which investigated the case of wood raw material inventory Sengon PT. Abhirama Krishna. It’s used secondary data, where data were obtained indirectly through the intermediary of the media company literature about the company overview, history and development, and resources related to this research literature. The results obtained are the total purchases of raw materials amounted to 17 376 m3 with the optimal frequency of purchase of four times in his own company setahun.Kebijakan set at 6239.84 m3 with the frequency of purchase as many as 12 times. Total cost of raw materials inventory based on the EOQ for USD 2,380,400.00, while the company USD 3.7418 million. So that the savings incurred amounted to Rp 1,361,400.00. Based on the EOQ at 7886.82 m3 safety stock and re-order point when the supply supply of raw materials is at 8274 m3. The writer who can give advice on the company is the company should use the EOQ method in raw materials procurement policy. Because the EOQ using the company will get a quantity of raw material purchasing the optimal minimum cost compared to the previous company policy. The company also determine the amount of safety stock and re - order point in the raw material inventory control to protect or maintain the possibility of shortages of raw materials larger than expected and to keep the possibility of delays in raw materials to be ordered
