ABSTRACT Tax is a source of country income that use to development finance. One kinds of the tax is Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB). PKB is tax province that use to pay province expending and public prosperity. One kinds of a collection PKB is SAMSAT Drive Thru. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the withdraw system of PKB used Drive Thru (Cepat) system and that contribute to PKB income in SAMSAT Surakarta. This research was taken with observation and documentation method. The meaning of observation is by doing monitoring directly to the object that researched. The meaning of Documentation is collect report data from SAMSAT Surakarta. According to the research, the PKB Drive Thru (Cepat) system appllied well and match according to SAMSAT`s Standart Operational Prosedur. People only need about 10 (ten) minutes to paying PKB yearly. SAMSAT Drive Thru (Cepat) incomes give a good contribute to SAMSAT Surakarta incomes. SAMSAT Drive Thru (Cepat) incomes give a good signal of the reaches that operated in 3 (three) months. Author gives suggestion to SAMSAT Surakarta to increase the service. SAMSAT Drive Thru (Cepat) system can be widened because that system will give positive effect for Central Java especially Surakarta.
