ABSTRACT The preparation of engine stand using Honda accord gasoline motor was done in Burning Motor Laboratory of Engineering Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University, aiming to prepare a practical tool and engine recondition of Honda Accord. In the implementation, overhaul has been done to prevent the fault from occurring in assembling the gasoline motorcycle components and to fit the motor components correctly and properly, so that the motorcycle can work optimally after assembled. With the recondition and preparation process of engine stand using the Honda Accord gasoline motor, the overhaul procedure become easy to do and the engine can run well. The cost of preparing the engine stand and reconditioning the Accord Engine is Rp. 3,427,000.00. ABTRAKSI Pembuatan engine stand menggunakan motor bensin Honda Accord dikerjakan di Laboratorium Motor Bakar Jurusan Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, bertujuan untuk membuat alat praktek dan rekondisi engine Honda Accord . Pada pelaksanaannya overhaul telah dilaksanakan agar dalam perakitan komponen motor bensin tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pemasangannya dan komponen motor dapat terpasang dengan baik dan benar, sehingga motor setelah dirakit dapat bekerja secara optimal. Dengan dilaksanakannya proses rekondisi dan pembuatan engine stand menggunakan motor bensin Honda Accord ini, prosedur overhaul akan menjadi mudah untuk dilaksanakan dan Engine bisa berjalan dengan baik. Biaya pembuatan engine stand dan rekondisi Engine Accord ini adalah Rp. 3.427.000,00
