Hubungan antara gambaran radiologis pasien TB paru post primer dengan uji serologis IgG anti-TB

× ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pemeriksaan radiologis pada pasien TB paru post primer memberikan gambaran yang khas, dan dapat membedakan antara gambaran TB primer dan post primer. Uji serologis terhadap pasien TB memberikan hasil dengan tingkat spesifisitas dan sensitifitas yang cukup baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara gambaran radiologis pada pasien TB paru post primer dan uji serologis IgG anti-Tb. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat observasional laboratorik yang dilakukan di Balai Besar Kesehatan Penyakit Paru Masyarakat (BBKPM) Surakarta dan Bagian Radiologi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Moewardi. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 35 pasien dengan gejala sugestif TB paru yaitu batuk produktif ;lebih dari 2 pekan, berat badan turun drastis, demam, malaise, nyeri dada dan sesak nafas. Subjek diperiksa secara radiologis thoraks. Setelah itu diambil sampel darahnya sebanyak 5 cc untuk diuji serolgis IgG dengan alat imunoromatografi. Hasil dari kedua pemeriksaan akan diuji hubungannya menggunakan program SPSS 17.0 for Windows dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 8 pasien dengan hasil rontgen (+) dan serologis (+), 17 pasien dengan rontgen (+) dan serologis (-), 2 pasien dengan rontgen (-) dan serologis (+), dan 8 pasien dengan rontgen dan serologis (-). Analisis statistik menunjukkan expected count yang kurang dari 5 ada pada 1 sel (< 50%), artinya data memenuhi syarat untuk dilakukan Uji Chi Square. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan p = 0.478 (p > 0.05) yang menandakan tidak adanya hubungan antara kedua variable yang diuji. Kesimpulan : Dari hasil penelitian ini tidak didapatkan hubungan antara hasil uji serologis IgG anti_TB dengan gambaran post primer TB pada pasien Tb paru. Kata Kunci : TB paru, TB Post Primer, IgG anti-TB ABSTRACT Background : Radiological examinations in post-primary pulmonary TB patient gives a typical picture, and can distinguish between the description of primary and post primary tuberculosis. Serological test for TB patients gives results with goog level of specificity and sensitivity. This study aimed to prove the relationship between the radiological picture of post-primary in patients with lung tuberculosis and IgG serological testing of anti-Tb. Methods : This was an observational research laboratory conducted in Balai Besar Kesehatan Penyakit Paru Masyarakat (BBKPM) Surakarta and Department of Radiology, Rumah Sakit Daerah Dr. Moewardi. Research subjects were 35 patients with suggestive symptoms of pulmonary TB like productive cough of more than two weeks, drastic weight loss, fever, malaise, chest pain and shortness of breath. Radiography of thorax was inspected, then he had taken as much as 5 cc of blood sample to be tested by IgG imunochromatography serolgis test. Relation from both examinations will be tested using SPSS 17.0 for Windows with Chi Square test. Result : The results showed that 8 patients with post primer X-ray (+) and serological (+), 17 patients with X-rays (+) and serological (-), 2 patients with X-rays (-) and serological (+), and 8 patients with X-ray and serological (-). Expected count in statistical analysis shows that there are fewer than five in one cell (<50%), meaning that the data be eligible for the Chi Square. Results of Chi Square test showed p = 0478 (p> 0.05), indicating no significant correlation between the two variables tested. Conclusion : From this study showed no correlation between IgG anti_TB and Post Primary chest X-ray on patient with pulmonary TB.
