Analisis efektifitas penagihan dengan surat paksa dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak di kantor pelayanan Pajak Pratama Karanganyar

× ABSTRACT The main purpose of this research is to know what the execution of addiction Tax by letter Force in Pratama Office Services Tax of Karanganyar have done effectifely. The prosedure to account an effectivity rate are comparing between ammount of Letter Force has issued with Letter Force had paid. The result of this research are showed that execution of addiction Tax by letter Force in Pratama Office Services Tax of Karanganyar accounted by nominal are uneffective because the rate of ratio less from 60 %. From the research conducted of the researcher takes conclusion that still there are some weakness of some society that less understand of lease obligation, work area from Pratama Office Services Tax of Karanganyar is long, there are an executors who unauthorize their working area and time execution of Letter Force still is not yet as according to existing law. Based on the result of research, the researcher give some suggestion that needing of the existence of counselling about lease so that society is more understanding about tax, division of region work may be more narrowed again so is more effective, and also execution time is more accomodated again with regulation which have been specified.
