× ABSTRACT This research is about “ survey employees work satisfaction of office of how river Bengawan solo area” issue taken is about description of work satisfaction seen from factors influencing work satisfaction and which of that work it self, payment, promotion, observation and colleague giving work satisfaction of office river Bengawan solo area. The research methods used for data collection are interview, observation and questioner. Discussion technique used is descriptive analysis and research to questioner done by value or score determination for answer alternative. This research result explaining that “ employees of office of river Bengawan Solo area” feel satisfied to their work from the highest work satisfaction factor is that factor it self 58,5%, whereas lowest work satisfaction factor is grade promotion 50,5%. It means, by work satisfaction factors achievement could minimize absence and resignation frequent. The employee work satisfaction called increasing if appreciation felt fair and proper to employee work prestation. The company gives the same right to it’s employee to propose grade promotion gradually and company gradually evaluate his employee work prestation to determine if the employee is appropriate to be promoted or not.
