× The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of 60/70 penetration asphalt penetration values with the residual oil to the value of indirect tensile strength, unconfined compressive strength, and permeability by experimental method in laboratory using the optimum bitumen content of 5.903% and variation of residual oli to asphalt content 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. Gradatio used in this research is Bina Marga 0/11 for SMA. Total specimens are 54 units with indirect tensile test, unconfined compressive strength, and permeability. The analysis was conducted using the regression analysis method by taking the determination coefficient (r2) and correlation coefficient (r) into consideration and one-way analysis of variance (F test). Data analysis results showed that there was pattern correlation between the level of residual oil by penetration, pattern of correlation between the value of penetration with UCS, ITS and permeability. Residual oil asphalt addition tent to raise value penetration level where limits are still can be used 10%. Residual oil addition of asphalt to make the value UCS, ITS and permability tends to fall. In testing adding up to 10% residue oil content of UCS value obtained for every variety of residual oil are 4155,1 KPa, 4318.5 KPa, 3742.7 KPa. Testing on ITS variation obtained for each of residual oil are 314.75 KPa, 207.1 KPa, 189.9 KPa. Testing on permeability variation obtained for each of residual oil are 1,48E-03 cm/dt, 1,15E-03 cm/dt, 1,01E-03 cm/dt.
