Telkom Solo within one month from January 11, 2010 until February 5, 2010 in the Public Relations Division. The objectives of this final project report are to describe the responsibilities of Public Relations Officer in PT. Telkom Solo and to describe the internal communication of PT. Telkom Solo especially through the portal: http://portal.divre4.telkom.co.id/. The writer concluded the responsibilities of Public Relations Officer in PT. Telkom Solo into four points. They are: Distributing news, press release and various kinds of publication to be consumed by the media, public and workers, managing the activity of the media partner dealing with PT. Telkom Solo, being active in many events, and being active in Telkom Public Relations activities. The writer concluded that Public Relations Officer at PT. Telkom Solo has a function to maintain the internal communication through the portal. Portal is a site which can receive information in a form of web. Portal can be accessed only by the staff. They must enter their user id and password to open the portal. Portal is main communication device which aims to collaborate or to share information and knowledge between staff and management, management and employee, and staff with employee. Hopefully, this final project report can be beneficial to all the readers.
