× The existence of a company somewhere will basically be an impact on the area, which impacts both positive and negative impacts. Therefore, companies must be able to react to it, one with the activities of community relations. The author chose PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk language as research sites because of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is one of the largest cement companies in Indonesia. Thus, the authors are interested in knowing how public perception of program activities Community Development Officer (CDO) in the programme of community relations of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, Unit Citeureup Bogor in 2010. This study aims to determine people's perception of the activity of Community Program Development Office (CDO) in the programme of community relations of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Unit Citeureup Bogor in 2010. The author uses descriptive qualitative research method in this study. Through this method, the authors would like to know how the public perception of community relations program activities CDO PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Based on research that has been done, the authors get the result that people accept very well the existence of the program Community Relations PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, because of perceptions that arise in society has led to a positive perception that the PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has helped them in improving life in their village respectively. From the analysis of this study concluded that the function of public relation is owned by PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has been going well, seen from the increased positive perceptions of community-owned enterprise in education, health, economic, social, religious culture and sports, and in the field of security
