Peramalan penjualan untuk menentukan pola produksi optimal produk grey lokal  pada perusahaan PT. Primissima Yogyakarta

× Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ramalan penjualan tahun 2010 produk grey lokal di PT. Primissima Yogyakarta. Mengetahui pola produksi apakah yang sesuai untuk produk grey lokal di PT Primissima Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Trend Linier dengan metode Least Square dan analisis incremental cost yang terdiri dari biaya simpan, biaya lembur, biaya perputaran tenaga kerja dan biaya sub kontrak. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa hasil ramalan penjualan tahun 2010 produk grey lokal di PT Primissima Yogyakarta adalah sebesar 69.829.278 meter dimana ramalan penjualan pada triwulan I tahun 2010 sebesar 16.409.880 meter, triwulan II tahun 2010 sebesar 17.981.039 meter, triwulan III tahun 2010 sebesar 17.282.746 meter dan pada triwulan IV tahun 2010 sebesar 17.806.466 meter dan untuk analisis incremental cost dari masing-masing pola produksi dapat diketahui pada pola produksi konstan total incremental cost sebesar 596.203.860, pada pola produksi bergelombang total incremental cost sebesar 262.902.900 dan pada pola produksi moderat total incremental cost sebesar 837.951.420. Pola produksi yang optimal untuk produk grey lokal di PT Primissima Yogyakarta adalah pola produksi bergelombang karena pola produksi ini menghasilkan biaya tambahan paling sedikit sebesar Rp 262.902.900 yang ditimbulkan dari biaya simpan dan lembur.Saran yang diajukan untuk PT Primissima Yogyakarta adalah untuk dapat menggunakan ramalan penjualan dengan metode Trend Linier metode Least Square karena dengan menggunakan metode ini jumlah MFE (Mean Forecast Error) = 0,1 masih diterima dari batas 5% yang menjadi dasar membuat suatu prediksi. Kata kunci : peramalan, Trend Linier dengan metode Least Square The objective of research is to find out the 2010 sale forecasting of local grey product in PT. Primissima Yogyakarta. It also aims to find out which production pattern is appropriate for the local grey product in PT. Primissima Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used in this research was Trend Linear with Least Square method and incremental cost analysis consisting of inventory cost, overtime cost, labor rotation cost and sub contract cost. From the result of analysis, it can be found that the result of 2010 sale forecasting for the local grey product in PT. Primissima Yogyakarta is 69,827,278 meters in which the sale forecasting for the first quarter of 2010 is 16,409,880 meters, second quarter is 17,981,039 meters, third quarter is 17,287,746 meters and fourth quarter is 17,806,466 meters; and for incremental cost of each production pattern, it can be found that in the constant production pattern the total incremental cost is 596,203,860, in fluctuated production pattern, the total incremental cost is 262,902,900 and in moderate production pattern, the total incremental cost is 837,951,420. The optimum production for local grey product in PT. Primissima Yogyakarta is the fluctuated production pattern because this production pattern incurs the least incremental cost of Rp. 262,902,900 generated from the inventory and overtime costs. The recommendation given to PT. Primissima Yogyakarta is to be able to use the sale forecasting with Trend Linear method with Least Square because by using this method, the MFE (Mean Forecast Error) value = 0.1 is still acceptable from 5% limit underlying a prediction making.
