× The purpose of this research is to know how effectivness and efficiency claim and revenue of earth and buliding tax by traveling group at Surakarta and to find out revenue amount by means of traveling group PBB in 2010. The step of this research is done by comparing between theory and collecting data from DPKKA Surakarta subdivision pressing a claim which has bring about traveling group of PBB. Technique aggregation by interview with another partner which concerned and collecting the document which to use in this researh and study cases. The result of the research are traveling group of PBB as facility which local goverment give to the people in Surakarta to pay earth dan building tax debt, especially citizen who lived at fringe area and purilieus.The conclusion of this research are surakarta goverment as one of official tax at claim earth and buliding tax has already done according to effectiveness dan effeciency. This can be refer to the amount of claim much greater than expulsion to cause to the duty. Based on the result of research, the researcher give some suggestion that is to minimization activity traveling group of PBB in order that make people or tax payer could apply self assessment system in pay the tax debt.
