× Research to the evaluation of fundamental number registration procedures of taxpayer aim to depict the procedures of registration and fundamental number abolition of taxpayer at service section and evaluate according to procedures of registration and fundamental Number abolition of taxpayer applied in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Sukoharjo. Research Method used by descriptive method. Technique of data collecting used in research is field study covering observation method, interview, and document. Procedures of Registration and fundamental number abolition of taxpayer relate at standard of operating procedure of exist in service section. Result of research indicate that the evaluation of procedures of registration and fundamental number abolition of taxpayer at service section have been applied by as according to order and have been executed better. Based on the result of research, the researcher give suggestion is activity of taxation socialization require to be improved by awareness of to society to become the taxpayer (fundamental number registrant of taxpayer) progressively mount.
