× Teacher and Employee Performance Evaluation is an important thing to
improve the quality and school achievement. The purpose of this research is to
create a Teacher and Employee Performance Evaluation Web-Based System.
Data collection methods used in the preparation of this Final were literature study
and observation. Stage design included the design of context diagram, data flow
diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, database tables, and design pages.
Softwares that used to make this evaluation system were the xampp web server,
PHP programming language, database management with MySQL. And then to
make the design, it was used Macromedia Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop.
Results of this final task is a Teacher and Employee Performance
Evaluation Web-Based System. The results of the evaluation is shown in a
statistical form.
