Evaluasi Penerimaan Retribusi Ijin Hinder Ordonantie (HO) tterhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Boyolali

× This research aims to find out requirements to get HO, to analyze of HO retribution, the progression of HO retribution acceptance, and the amount of HO contribution of PAD in Kabupaten Boyolali. In assosiation with those matters, this research was done with the interview method, library studies, and documentation. The result of this research is that in order to get the permition of HO, KPPM processes the permits as the rule of Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Boyolali No. 17/2001, and supported by Keputusan Bupati No. 510/2001. The way of encounting to set up the retribution of HO through Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Boyolali and Keputusan Bupati Kabupaten Boyolali. The progress of HO in 2008 increased become 115,14 %, in 2009 decreased become 101,41 %, and in 2010 increased become 176,78 %. The amount of HO contribution for PAD in the year of 2008 was 0,65 %, year of 2009 was 0,49 %, and in the year of 2010 was 0,74 %. The suggestions based on the research are that to support the public service needs better equipments. There should be more employers support the KPPM office in Kabupaten Boyolali.
