× The main purpose of this research is to know the procurement system of office stationery in DPPKAD Karanganyar. Beside that, this research wants to know whether the implementation of the procurement system of office stationery in DPPKAD Karanganyar is in accordance with Perpres No.54/2010. This research is a qualitative research where the data collection are the result of direct observation data in the form of data, system, procedures, and documents relating to the procurement system in the office stationery in DPPKAD Karanganyar. Beside that, this Perpres No.54/2010 is basic from the procurement system of government. The results of the research shows that, procurement system of stationery in DPPKAD Karanganyar is in accordance with Perpres No. 54/2010 which implicitly separating the functions in this procurement system of office stationery, authorization and giving the serial number printed on the document, as well as the accounting records used. It's just that there are weaknesses of this system that is there are some documents issued by the DPPKAD Karanganyar with few amounts. The writer gives suggestions for DPPKAD Karanganyar reproduce copies of documents, so that relevant parties can participate in the document archive.
