×A company or business activity need always Human Resources (HR), in
this term is employee. According to its business activity company is divided into
three kinds, they are service company, trade company and manufacture company.
To employ peoples is needed a supporting component in management of a
company in order that peoples who work within feel satisfied with their work
result.
Purposes of this observation are to know system of compensation giving to
employee in PD BKR BKD of Karanganyar Regency and to know kinds of
subsidies which will be received by employees.
Compensation is a very important component in management of a
company, especially for employees themselves. Because How much the
compensation is, is reflection or measure of work value of employee themselves.
Oppositely how big the compensation is, can influence work achievement,
motivation and work satisfaction of the employees. If the compensation is not
available or not exactly, work achievements, motivation and work satisfaction of
employee will decrease.
Kinds of observation used is descriptive-qualitative by describing how is
the system compensation to employees given in PD BPR BKD of Karanganyar
Regency which is expressed in the form of sentences and based on facts.
Technique of collecting data is gained trough interview with employees,
observation, and other document or supporting archives. Source of data which is
gained based on informant, accident or activity, document and archive.
Based on the result of observation which is performed by author of
compensation system in PD. BPR BKD of Karanganyar Regency involve three
sections in structure of organization in the company, they are Cashier section,
booking section, general section and system of compensation in PD. BPR BKD of
Karanganyar is not complicated as the author learned in theory. General section
proposes account of salaries to director for authorization giving, then general
section makes command letter to cash expenditure for cashier section. Cashier
section deliver money to general section and this section deliver it to employees.
