This report was written based o n the job training taken by the writer in Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta from January 17, 2005 to February 17, 2005.

The purposes of this job training report are to describe the efforts of Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta to attract the tourists. This report is conducted by collecting data, analyzing and finally drawing a conclusion. In collecting the data, the writer made an observation directly in Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta, interviewed the officials and guides of Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta.and used brochures and books containing many kinds of information.

After observing, the writer concludes that Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta management has been making some strategies to attract people and has been doing some efforts to increase the number of visitors. The Museum management has built some facilities, provided some services and held some events to make the visitors comfortable during their stay.

From the discussion, Vredeburg Fort Museum Yogyakarta should keep in developing this object in order to be o ne favorite tourist destinations. Therefore, the writer gives some suggestions in the end of this report to help museum managers find the weakness and inspire them to improve the qualities of the attraction.
