× PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota is a public credit bank owned by the goverment of Sragen regency. PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota is a financial institution moving in the field of finance, its activity is collecting funds from society in the form of savings, deposits, and others, then is given to the society in the form of credit. The purpose of this research is to know the credit system which is used and also know the axcess and the insuffiency of the credit system in PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota. Based of the research, the credit system in PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota is fairly good. The dissociation function in the Company is very good. The document which is used has been printed according to the requeirement numbered, and authorized by Beach chief. The accounting record which is used is according to the requirement. The procedure used make easy all party. But there is still an insuffiency of the credit system in PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota. The dissociation fungtion in the credit analysis procedure has not been maximum yet because it is still down by credit commite. The mortgage checking has not done accurately yet. From those insuffiencies, the writer tries to give a recommendation for progres of PD. BPR BKK Karangmalang cabang Sragen Kota. The recommendation is by separating the function in the part of credit clearly by separating the workers or agents who handle the survey of the debitur, cashflow analizer, and credit commite. The checking of the vehicle’s serial number with the serial number in the “BPKB” will minimize the risk of deception by the debitur. If there is a credit extension, it is Bette analysis re-assessment of the mortgage.
