× This study aims to determine whether there are changes in economic structure Pacitan in the past 10 years from 1999 to 2009 and identify what sectors to be seeded in Pacitan. The data used are Pacitan GDP and provincial GDP between the years 1999-2009 at constant prices of 2000. Data obtained from BPS Pacitan, BPS, and other relevant agencies in the study. The method of analysis used is Location Quotient (LQ) which lerdiri of Static Location Quotient (SLQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), a combination of SLQ-DLQ, Shift Share and Typology Klassen. The scope of this study is restricted to the variables of GDP and its components - components in the region that includes Pacitan 12 (Twelve) District and the East Java provincial GDP. Based on the results of static analysis Qoutient Location (SLQ) in the region of East Java Province Pacitan years 1999-2009, can be seen that there are 6 (six) economic sectors identified as a sector basis namely: Agricultural Sector: Mining and Quarrying; Sector Building / Construction ; Transport and Communication Sector, Financial Sector, Leasing and Business Services; Sector Services-Services. Based on the results of the calculation of average and the DLQ in the region of East Java Province Pacitan years 1999-2009, it is known that there are two economic sectors identified as a sector basis, namely: Electricity, Gas and Water Supply and Transport and Communication Sector, while the identified as a Base Non sectors: Mining and Quarrying Sector, Sector Trade, Hotels and Restaurants; Sector Financial, Ownership, and Service. Based on the combined analysis of SLQ & DLQ Pacitan area is divided into three criteria, namely: seed, Mainstay and Disadvantaged. There is no sector that goes on Prospective criteria. The sectors included in the criteria for seed are as follows: Agriculture; Mining And Quarrying: Construction; Transport and Communications; Finance. Renting and Business Services, Financial, Ownership and Corporate Services, Services - Services. While that goes on Mainstay criteria are as follows: Electricity, Gas and Water Supply: Trade, Tourism and Hospitality. The only sector that goes on behind the criteria is the manufacturing industry. Based on the results of the Shift Share analysis, Shift Differential component region Pacitan years 1999-2009 there were seven sectors are growing faster than similar sectors at the provincial level with the indicator shows a value> 0 (Positive), namely Agriculture; Mining And Quarrying: Industrial Processing, Electrical, Gas and Water Supply, Construction; Transport and Communications: Services - Services. While the other two sectors have a slower growth rate than the provincial sector with the indicator showed a value <0 (negative), namely trade sector, Hospitality and Finance, Leasing and Services Company. Based on the analysis Klassen typology that includes Quadrant 1 are Agriculture, Mining and Quarrying, Finance. Renting and Business Services Sector which includes Quadrant II is the Construction, Transport and Communications, as well as services. In Quadrant III contained Processing Industry sector. Trade, Hotel and Restaurant Deals in Quadrant IV there are sectors of Electricity, Gas and Water Supply. Based on the results of this analysis suggested the government to prioritize policies in the development of leading sectors without neglecting other sectors and sub sectors, maintain and promote the economic sector which became pre-eminent and able mebuat a development strategy is on target.
