× The library is one of many sources of information which easily to get and inexpensive for all people compared to the other source of information that needs the more cost. An active library makes an increase of the collection books, so the problem which usually faced is the term of data collection in the process of borrowing and returning books as well as the difficulty of searching in a library book so it needed a library information system by using barcode technology. This final project aims to build an application system that based on a windows like Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This library system with barcode technology uses MySQL as database. Library system which will be used by library staffmembers to perform data members, data books, lending transactions, refund transactions and creating reports. Library System With Barcode Technology in SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan by Visual Basic 6.0 has made this book can be used for data collection, data collection members, lending transactions and transactions that produced a report pengembalian.Output data members, data book reports, lending transaction reports, reports transaction reporting
