× Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan is the one of component for tax produce and the central tax, but the collection from this tax is for region government as a region acceptance. The character of PBB is official assessment system. To optimize the collection, the employee must active to handle it from beginner until the end of the procedures. For Kabupaten Sukoharjo, the increasing of Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan will give contribution as long as it can make big acceptance for regional government. The purpose of this research is to know how much acceptance from Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan in Kabupaten Sukoharjo, how much efficiency of this acceptance and the efforts what the government do to increasing the acceptance from Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan from 2009 until 2011. Because, in this period there are so many people from Kabupaten Sukoharjo lost their harvest and it make Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan was postpone. The conclusion of this research is the efficiency of acceptance from Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan don’t already efficient because there are so many postponement of Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Based on this research, the writer has some recommendation. Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo must give some counseling for desa or kelurahan degree in every years, so it can make all of the people more aware to pay Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan.
