CV Satria Graha is a company which engaged in the development of housing and property. The products are houses which located in Klodran, Karangasem, and Baturan. The objective of Final Project writing are to find out whether the sale of housing systems and procedures have been done well and also to evaluate its implementation with their advantages and disadvantages. The benefit of research is as the input for decision making in accomplishing the possible weakness in housing sale system in CV Satria Graha. In this research, the writer collected data through interview with all stakeholders and employees of CV Satria Graha as well as direct observation in it. The result of research indicates that the housing sale system in CV Satria Graha still has some weakness including the function or division which is held by the same person and the absence of housing sale system flowchart. From the result finding, the following recommendations are proposed in the evaluation of housing sale system accomplishment. The separation of the function or division which is held by the same person should be conducted to avoid recording errors or uncollected debt. The flowchart of housing sale system should be used as the guide of system implementation and to facilitate the understanding of housing sale system.
