×Tujuan : Bahan baku, peralatan, tenaga kerja, serta tempatkerja mengandung
potensi bahaya sehingga diperlukan upaya pencegahanterhadap keadaan darurat,
bagaimana penerapan sistem tanggap darurat yang diterapkan di PT. Pertamina
(Persero) RU IV Cilacap, bagaimana tim dalam menjalankan perannya saat
keadaan darurat serta bagaimana fasilitas Emergency Response di PT. Pertamina
(Persero) RU IV Cilacap.
Metode : Metode penelitian yang diambil adalah dengan menggunakan jenis
penelitian deskriptif, menggambarkan secara sistematis fakta dan karakteristik
objek dan subjek yang diteliti secara tepat.
Hasil : Potensi bahaya berupa kebakaran, kebocoran gas, kegagalan tenaga,
kondisi kritis dan kejadian lainnya. Menurut pengelola mengancam keselamatan
penghuni, sehingga perlu perencanaan penanggulangankeadaan darurat.
Penerapan perencanaan keadaan darurat yaitu dengan menginformasikan prosedur
keadaan darurat yang termasuk didalamnya perencanaan, tim tanggap darurat,
sarana fasilitas dan prosedur pelaksanaan.
Simpulan : Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem tanggap darurat
telah dilaksanakan. Tim emergency responsetelah memahami tugas masing –
masing. Fasilitas emergency response yang dimiliki sudah baik, ada beberapa
yang harus diperbaiki dan pelatihan emergency drilltelah terlaksana.
Objective : Raw materials, equipment, labor, and workplace contain potential
hazards so that necessary to required an efford of Emergency Response
Preparedness, how the application of the Emergency Response Preparedness
system that applied in PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU Cilacap, how the team in
performing their duties in the emergency situation and how the facility of
Emergency Response in PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU Cilacap.
Methods: This observation was carried out by using descriptive method, that
describe systematically the fact and characteristics of the object and subject
appropriately.
Result: The variety of potential hazards are fire, gas leaks, power failures, a
critical condition and other events. According to the manager it’s threaten the
workers’s safety, so it’s necessary to make an Emergency Response
Preparedness. The Implementation of emergency response preparedness with
inform the emergency procedures that include planning, emergency response
teams, facilities and means of implementation procedures.
Conclution: From the result of the research can be conclude that the Emergency
Response Preparedness has been implemented. Emergency response team have
ynderstood their own duties. Emergency response facility that owned has been
good, there are some of the thing must be correctedand the emergency drill has
been done.
