Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Pd Bpr Bank Salatiga Berdasar Kinerja Kredit  Tahun 2007-2011

× The purpose of this research is to find out the health level of PD BPR Bank Salatiga based on the loan performance from Bank of Indonesia’s Regulation. Banking have a very important role in supporting Indonesian economy and development. In order to undertake this role, the bank is obliged to keep healthy with prudential principle, consistent with Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 tentang Perbankan. The secondary data from PD BPR Bank Salatiga Report, the information relevant to study, literature, and other information used in this research. The analysis method used to measure the bank’s health level based on loan performance was to measure the Loan to Deposit Rate (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Earning Assets Quality (KAP), and Productive Assets Write-off (PPAP) consistent with Surat Keputusan Nomor 30/12/KEP/DIR, Surat Edaran Nomor 30/3/UPPB and Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 8/PBI/2006. The result of Loan to Deposit Rate (LDR) analysis on PD BPR Bank Salatiga during 2007-2011 period showed healthy condition with average LDR of 65.90%. Viewed from Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, the PD BPR Bank Salatiga during 2007-2011 period showed sufficiently healthy condition with NPL average of 5.68%. Viewed from Earning Assets Quality (KAP) ratio, the PD BPR Bank Salatiga during 2007-2011 period showed healthy condition with KAP average of 3.94%. Meanwhile, viewed from Productive Assets Write-off (PPAP) ratio, the PD BPR Bank Salatiga during 2007-2011 period showed sufficiently healthy condition with PPAP average of 74.74%. From the analysis on PD BPR Bank Salatiga, the writer recommended PD BPR Bank Salatiga to distribute the fund more thoroughly to the people in the form of loan and to consider the PPAP establishment adjusted with the Bank of Indonesia’s provision.
