PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang garmen, mulai dari proses cutting, sewing, dan finishing. Dalam kesempatan inipenulis mengadakan penelitian dengan maksud untuk mengetahui pengelompokan elemen pekerjaan serta tingkat efisiensi dari layout fasilitas produksi yang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui urutan produksi baju break down style NL 340 di PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment, dengan terlebih dahulu mengumpulkan data – data yang diperlukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Data tersebut untuk mengetahui layout produksi yang diterapkan di PT.Aldino Wijaya Garment, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat efisien dan efektifitas layout fasilitas produksi baju break down style NL 340 di PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment. Dari analisis yang dilakukan pada proses produksi baju break down style NL 340 di PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment dengan menggunakan layout produk stasiun kerja dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 10 stasiun kerja. Dari hasil analisis pada proses produksi baju break down style NL 340 di PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment, dengan menggunakan siklus kerja 4,5 menit, penundaan 17,82%, efisiensi 82,17 %, output perhari yang dicapai 120 baju dan efektifitas 60 %. Sedangkan menggunakan siklus kerja 2,7 menit, penundaan 3,7%, efisiensi 96,3%, output perhari yang dicapai 200 baju dan efektifitas 100%. Dengan melihat hasil perhitungan dari metode yang telah digunakan diatas, saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah hendaknya perusahaan untuk slalu memantau setiap kinerja, agar proses produksi tetap berjalan lancar. Serta menggunakan siklus kerja yang terkecil agar efisiensi dan efektifitas dapat tercapai serta mengevaluasi kembali tiap stasiun kerja. PT. In this occasion, the writer conducts a research aiming to find out the characterization of work element as well as efficiency level of efficient production facility layout. The objective of research is to find out the clothing production sequence of break down style NL 340 in PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment, by collecting the necessary data first through observation and interview. The data was to find out the production layout applied in PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment, as well as to find out the efficiency and effectiveness level of break down style NL 340 clothing production facility layout in PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment. From the analysis conducted in the break down style NL 340 clothing production process in PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment using the product layout it could be found that the work station was categorized into 10 work stations. From the result of analysis on the break down style NL 340 clothing production process in PT. Aldino Wijaya Garment using work cycle of 4.5 minutes provided delay of 17.82%, efficiency of 82.17%, daily output of 120 clothes, and effectiveness of 60%. Meanwhile, the production process using work cycle of 2.7 minutes provided delay of 3.7%, efficiency of 96.3%, daily output of 200 clothes, and effectiveness of 100%. Considering the result of calculation using the method above, the recommendation given was that the company should always monitor every performance, in order to make the production process running smoothly. It should also use the smallest work cycle to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness and reevaluate each work station.
