× The construction industry is part of a long-term effort to overhaul the economic structure of biased on the production of raw materials and agricultural products towards a more balanced structure and harmony. The construction industry is also directed to further enhance the role of small industries and handicrafts among other improvements, the setting, coaching and business development as well as increased productivity and improved product quality. This study aimed to describe about the non-financial aspects that are used in the development and financial analysis that are useful in enterprise development Carving Craft Copper MudatamaCepogoBoyolali district. The method used is to analyze the advantages and investment feasibility analysis covering the market and marketing, technical and technological aspects, environmental aspects and the economic and financial aspects. The results of the analysis showed the benefits of copper mudatama carving handicraft business for five years at Rp 2,186,688,000.00. Methods (PBP) Payback Period suggests that the time required to cover routine expenses of Rp 165,232,000.00 is 3 years and 5 months . Method NPV (Net Present Value) obtained a positive value of Rp 756,740,000.00. Methods IRR (Internal Rate of Return) earned an interest rate of 24%. Methods BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) shows the result by 1.8. Viewed from the aspect of Markets and Marketing preferably copper carving handicraft business owners mudatama working with local governments to actively promote their products through events organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs both within and outside the country as well as through electronic media such as the Internet to be more widely known so it can increase sales. Judging from the Financial Analysis that business development plan is feasible and acceptable. Should copper carving craft business Mudatama implement business development in accordance with the plans that have been made.
