The purpose of this research is to know the system of granting Kredit Griya Utama (KGU) imposed by Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kantor Cabang Pembantu UNS and to know advantages and disadvantages of the system of granting Kredit Griya Utama (KGU) imposed by Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kantor Cabang Pembantu UNS The step of this research is done by comparing between theory and step of this study was to compare between theory and implementation Kredit Griya Utama (KGU) in Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Kantor Cabang Pembantu UNS The result of the research are BTN KGU implementation in accordance with the theory although there are few flaws The conclusion of this research are that the credit granting procedures at Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Pembantu UNS compliance with the applicable regulations adopted by Bank Indonesia Based on the result of research, the researcher give some suggestion made a flowchart, increasing the number of officers the loan service unit, document loan application form and documents on the spot should be made double
