×ABSTRACS
The title of this research “The influence of company size in relation with the investment of information technology to the firm performance of banking in Indonesia” written base on the significance of information technology in facing the business circle uncertainty.
The aim of the research is to get the influence of company size toward the firm performance of banking through the strategic response empirically by increasing of information technology investment the hypothesis of this research shows that the company size has influence to the firm performance of banking through the strategic response by increasing of information technology investment.
The result of the hypothesis shows that strategic response can not have a role as intervening variable. It can be seen from the path analysis. The firm performance which is measured by the amount of employee has influence toward the firm performance that reflected by ROA through strategic response.
