× Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta is a form of service companies which are managed by the government or the private sector (foundations) which aims to provide health services to the community. The motivation of this institution is not achieving at the level of income but prefer the service to the community, however, does not mean that the level of profits from services provided is not a concern at all. The purpose of this research is to find a strength and weakness of accounting information system cash receipts from the installation of inpatient care to evaluate the system. Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta revenue derived from a variety of services including revenue from inpatient care, revenue from outpatient care, and revenues from emergency department and revenue other service. Supervision and control over cash receipts derived from services to the patients continued to receive attention from management, because cash is an asset of a company that is very liquid. Based on the evaluation of accounting information system cash receipts from the installation of inpatient care in Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta has some strength and weakness. The strength are separation functions, using a computer system, the recording of cash receipts is done consecutively and many more. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are error the granting of a document, need of employees, etc. The conclusion is the accounting information system cash receipts from the installation of inpatient care so far so good. Based on this research, the writer has some recommendation. Such as, recruit some employee, delivery of documents to other parts must comply with the rules, add surprising inspection.
