Background. Teenager’s knowledge and attitude in reproductive healthiness are decisive factor in teenager’s behavioral to preventing abnormalities in these organs. Objective. Analyzed the correlation between female teenager’s knowledge level about fluor albus with personal hygiene attitude in SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen, Gunungkidul. Methods. Analytic observational with cross sectional design. The research population was all of female teenagers in class X SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen, Gunungkidul and the amount were 122 peoples. The sampling technique used cluster sampling. Result. At 23 students with high knowledge, 15 peoples (65.22%) had positive attitude and 8 peoples (34.78%) had negative attitude; 45 students with moderate knowledge, 25 peoples (55.56%) had positive attitude and 20 peoples (44.44%) had negative attitude; and 27 students with low knowledge, 9 peoples (33.33%) had positive attitude and 18 peoples (66.67%) had negative attitude. The result of Spearman test, p value= 0.021 and the correlation coefficient were 0.236. Conclusion. There was correlation between female teenager’s knowledge level about fluor albus with personal hygiene attitude in SMK Negeri 1 Ngawen, Gunungkidul Keywords: knowledge about fluor albus, personal hygiene attitude
