× Background: The effect of noise on health than damage to the sense of hearing, noise also cause emotional and mental disturbance to the heart and circulatory system. Mental emotional disorders such as disruption of the comforts of life, irritable and become more sensitive or easily offended, often feel anxiety. Workers expressed a fairly high noise and workers feel easily tired, have a sense of fear, anxious and at times difficult to break sleep disorder. This study aims to prove the existence of differences in the level of anxiety in the workforce due to noise. Methods: This research used an Analytical Survey Method with the cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken by Purposive Sampling, as many as 84 workers at the Process and Finishing. The data was collected through a questionnaire TMAS to measure the level of anxiety and employment interviews. Processing techniques and data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical tests Independent Samples T-Test. Results: Based on the results, the results on the process and the Mean = 35,90 Mean = 26,62 Finishing section. And based on calculations used the statistical test using the Independent Samples T-Test with significance obtained very value P 0,000. Because the price of a significance of 0,000 ≤ 0,01, then Ho is rejected and concluded that there is a relationship between the two variables. These results indicate that there are differences in the level of anxiety in the workforce due to noise on the process and finishing PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Tekstile Surakarta Conclusion: Based on the results of this research can be concluded that workers at the process and finishing experience different levels of anxiety due to the noise in the PT.
