×The objective of research was to find out: (1) leadership organization of Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga in 2009-2013 period, (2) building method in Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga in 2009-2013 period, (3) infrastructure the Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga used in 2009-2013 period (4) practice program applied by Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga in 2009-2013 period, and (5) achievement the Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga had reached in 2009-2013 period.
This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of research was Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga. Techniques of collecting data used were documentation analysis, observation and direct interview with the administrators, coaches and athletes. Technique of analyzing data used was an analysis model encompassing (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion drawing components.
The results of research were as follows. (1) The organization of Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga was good, because it was equipped with the elements supporting the organization operation as well as the presence of job description for the administrators corresponding to their functions. (2) The achievement building was conducted well in Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga, because it encompassed building stages: selection, seeding, and aptitude guiding to get the best athletes. (3) Infrastructures theDojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga had were good, because it could support the smoothness of practice and activity conducted in order to promote its athletes’ achievement. (4) Practice program the Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga conducted was good; it could be seen from the athletes who had championed successfully a variety of national-international events. (5) The achievement the Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga reached was good; it could be seen from the championships the Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga attended providing champion at both national and international level.
The conclusion of research was that the profile of Dojo Karate Schreuder Salatiga was good in the building process and the athlete’s achievement.
