×The objectives of the study are to find out: (1) Whether there is any correlation between overseas students’ behavior and learning achievement of the overseas students of Sebelas Maret University in the academic year of 2013-2014, (2) Whether there is any correlation between learning motivation and learning achievement of overseas students of Sebelas Maret University in the academic year of 2013-2014, and (3) Whether there is any correlation between overseas students’ behavior and learning motivation and learning achievement of the overseas students of Sebelas Maret University in the academic year of 2013-2014. The research carried out at Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta which is located at Jl. Ir. Sutami No.36 A Surakarta Central of Java. This study is correlational study. Questionnaire is used ot collect data of learning motivation and overseas’ students behavior, and test of learning achievement. Validity of learning motivation, learning achievement and behavior questionnaire was tested using Pearson Product Moment formula.The data analyzed by using simple correlation and multiple linear regression.
The analysis on the data results in conclusion as follows; (1) There is a significant positive correlation between learning motivation (X1) and learning achievement (Y). Learning motivation support students in good learning achievement, (2) There is a significant positive correlation between students’ behavior (X2) and learning achievement (Y). Students’ behavior supports students in good learning achievement, and (3) The correlation between learning motivation, overseas students’ behavior and learning achievement is significant. The result implies that learning motivation and students’ behavior are important factors for learning achievement. In relation to this result, one should consider to elevate learning motivation and students’ behavior in order to increase their learning achievement. The result of the research shows that learning motivation support students in increasing their learning achievement. The teacher should be able to encourage and motivate the students to behave positively in learning, facilitate them in positive behave, giving positive direction and suggestion what should be done positively that can influence their learning achievement.
