× This final project report was written based on the job training, which was done in Sriwijaya Air Solo started from 9st February and finished 9st March. The objectives of this final project are to describe the service of handling reservation and ticketing in Sriwijaya Air Solo and to explain the marketing strategies of Sriwijaya Air Solo. Based on the job training, the service of Sriwijaya Air Solo consists of 2 sections; they are reservation and ticketing sections. In every section, the staffs need many codes to access all of programs when they handle the passengers. Besides, Sriwijaya Air Solo has marketing strategy to get the trust of passengers such as expending partnership and promotion. The conclusion focuses on services in Sriwijaya Air Solo that has three times for handling the passengers and the activity of handling reservation and ticketing. The staffs have big responsibility to service the customer friendly. As the marketing strategy, Sriwijaya Air Solo also has many promotions and cooperation with institutions and travel agents. These ways are good to get many customers and the trust of people.
