×This final project report was written based on the job training which was done by the writer from 18th February to 18th March at Sangiran Site Museum. The objective of this final project is to explain the Problems and Solutions in this museum. In the process of collecting data, the writer used observation, interview methods and library research.
The result of this report shows that Sangiran Site Museum as an International museum has several problems that annoy the visitors. The local guide appears as the first problem. Local guide is an importance division in this museum. The role of local guide deals with the visitors. So, it is importance for this museum to decide the local guide.
Another result of this report appears that there are some problems about management system, Language problem, lack of advertisement, and lack of guiding facilties. The problem may reduce the satisfaction of the visitors. Especially because this museum noted as an International based museum, it is importance for this museum to put attentions to make sure the the satisfaction of the visitors.
Sangiran Museum is selected as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Thus International image should be supported with an excellent of the system and the infrastructure itself.
