×In facing competition among similar companies, PT. Karyamas Niaga Manunggal Jaya implementing competitive marketing strategies through a SWOT analysis by analyzes the internal and external company environment. After analyzing, it will be known what became Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats. By doing so, the company will be easier to formulate the strategies of what they would do to support the fluency of the business.
The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis. It is a technique to make an overview of the preparation of marketing strategy of PT. Karyamas Niaga Manunggal Jaya based on SWOT analysis. Sources of data used are the primary data source in the form of the results of interviews to the company and the secondary data is the history of the company, vision and mission, and organizational structure.
From the results of this study showed that the strengths of the PT. Karyamas Niaga Manunggal Jaya are strategic location, qualified and competent human resources, promotion, and productive assets of the company. Meanwhile, the weaknesses of the company are an operating system facility which is inadequate and handling of the device is relatively slow if there is damage. The opportunities of company are the increasing of human need for fuel, a relatively high population growth, consumer consisting of a large institution or agency, and extensive business network. The threats of competition between similar companies are inadequate business capital and technical problems at activities of service providers.
The results of this study can be used as a reason to advise the author, such as paying attention to internal and external factors in a company, improving the quality of human resources, training employee performance, providing the best possible services to consumers according to company standards, and promoting more aggressively.
