× The purposes of this research are to determine whether the credit sales system has been running effectively, and to determine whether internal controls are able to minimize the threat. The result of the research shows that the procedure of credit sales system in the Engineering Division BPU. Rosalia Indah has been operated effectively, but still not perfect. This is because there are dual duties and responsibilities to the related functions. Based on the result of research, the researcher gives some suggestions for enterprises sector to make procedures and policy guidelines on the related functions written order granting the authorization, responsibility for all activities clearly in writing and to reduce the risk of any deviation from the party responsible for the procedures are handled. To create a good system, the researcher also provides advice to companies for adding employees to the receivable function.
