× The Purpose Of This Thesis Is To Find Out How To Enter The Export Market In The Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama And To Know What The Problem Faced In Entering The Export Market In The Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama. The Method Used In This Research Is Descriptive Method Is Analitif Interpretation (Reading, Listening And Comparing) The Data That Is Then Outlines To Draw Conclusions. The Data Used In This Study Are Primary And Secondary Data. Primary Data Include Direct Interviews With Relevant Parties, In This Case With The Staff And Employees Of Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama. Secondary Data Were Obtained From Related Books On Export Market Entry Strategies, As Well As A Variety Of Literature Supporting The Other End Of The Task Given Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama To The Author. The Results Showed That Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama Has Entered The Export Market And Has Implemented Several Strategies To Enter The Export Market As Well. Pt. Jati Agung Arsitama Also Have Problems In Entering The Export Market And May Face Such Problems As: The Problem Of Production, Marketing, Export Management, Facilities, And Export Constraints. Suggestions Can Be Submitted Is A Company Should Prepare A Letter Of Introduction Effort And Commodities By Way Of Sending A Letter Of Introduction To An Association Importers In Export Destination Countries Or On Foreign Trade As Well As Other Potential Buyers. Letter Of Introduction Accompanied By A Brochure And Price List Of Commodities To Be Introduced. In Addition, The Company Should Be In Making Promotional Activities And Price List Brochure Or Price List, So That Prospective Buyers Get An Idea Of The Visual Form Of The Commodity Supplied. We Also Need To Prepare A Price List So That Buyers Can Consider This Price To The Price Of Similar Commodities In Other Countries.
